SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number to DocuSpa (for example, when booking a Good Faith Exam through a partner medspa or signing up for our services), you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DocuSpa, including:

  • Secure links to your scheduled telehealth video visits
  • Service-related notifications about your account

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Reply START to resubscribe.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories — including service providers necessary to deliver telehealth services — exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data; this information will not be shared with third parties.

  • Partner Clinics: We share exam results and clearance documentation with the medspa clinic that referred you, as necessary to complete your Good Faith Exam.
